**Next training class is expected to start on April 5th and will be conducted remotely Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. During training the pay rate is $12hr and when complete the rate will change to $15hr with shift differential.

Notes: Due to COVID-19, the safety of team members is our priority. The part-time Customer Experience Specialist position is a work from home opportunity at this time however, when we are able to return to our normal business practices, these agents will be required to work out of our Mahoning Contact Center.
