This Manager will report to the Director of Customer Care Operations and support the daily operation of our Contact Centers.  This leader will work effectively with all members of the customer care team to help optimize our contact center’s performance. This leader will be a Champion for our customer’s experience and help to identify opportunities to improve our process.  This position will be responsible for developing our team leads through consistent coaching and performance discussions and formal evaluations.
