Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
A Full-Time Administrative Assistant is needed at BRC-TV13 in Lehighton to answer phones, organize information for meetings, contact contest winners and work with staff members on mailings. As of now, this is a temporary 6 month assignment.
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment - Phones, fax and copier
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good Basic Computer Skills
- Good Communications Skills - Oral and Written
- Good Organizational Skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Reliability / Punctuality
- Friendly and Professional demeanor both in person and over the phone
