Shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM and alternating Saturdays, 9AM-1PM
Pay Rate: Based on education and experience

This entry level leadership position requires a commitment to those you manage each day and our customers.  A successful supervisor leads by example, recognizes success and achievement of his/her direct reports, creates an enjoyable work environment and provides coaching as needed to help people improve their performance.

As a leader your responsibilities will include:

  • Upholding our brand promise to always deliver a Trusted and Valued Connection through your words and actions
  • Motivating the team to provide an exceptional customer service experience both on the phone and at the counter
  • Supporting change and helping the team adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Participation at all meetings
  • Processing daily error reports for correction
  • Identifying and developing talent
  • Assisting in interviews with on-boarding new team members
  • Promoting and communicating the value of our products and services over our competition
  • Coaching agents on the proper use of discovery questions with customers and how to overcome objections
  • Promoting our Self-Service for customer experience
  • Consistently using DOMO to monitor team performance and identify areas needing improvement
  • Auditing office cash drawers, petty cash and company money; quickly addressing any variances
  • Conducting weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and documentation; escalating any issues to leadership
  • Ensuring team’s compliance with all HR Policies and Procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience with Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs - Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Exceptional attendance and dependability
  • Reliability and flexibility, must be willing to work overtime as needed
  • Effective Communication Skills – communicate clearly and concisely
  • Strong Data entry and Troubleshooting Skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent Organization Skills
