Customer Care Representative (Part-Time)

The Times News Circulation Department is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representatives to answer phones, assist customers and help with the delivery of newspapers in the absence of other employees or contractors.

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Friendly and courteous demeanor
• Basic Computer Skills
• Strong Customer Service Skills - in person and over the phone
• Strong Communication Skills - Oral and Written
• Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
