A Customer Service Representative is needed in the Commercial Sales Department to provide assistance to Commercial Sales Customers and various support services to other Commercial Sales staff.

This position will entail “warm” calling to identify additional needs for existing customers, re-contracting and upselling services as well as cold calling to promote new business generation. Will also require taking inbound calls as deemed necessary for both new and existing customers.
The qualified candidate will be experienced and successful with achieving quota goals via previous outbound calling (telemarketing) and be able to ensure customer awareness of our entire suite of products.

PenTeleData is looking for a Part-Time Technical Support Representative to work from 5pm-10pm, Monday-Friday (some weekend & holidays). Duties will include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting issues associated with dial-up, DSL and Cable Internet services.
The two primary roles of this position will be the transitioning (porting) of telephone numbers and the processing of internal orders within our company using SalesForce and other related systems.
The Local Number Portability portion of this position will be responsible for managing critical, and sometimes time sensitive, day-to-day operational components for the delivery of our Business Voice Service.
