The Kitchen Manager provides support and assistance to all levels of the kitchen operation and is responsible for all food product and supply purchasing and receiving and all things related to the physical plant and equipment in the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will possess excellent technical skills and experience with menu development and will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting quality standards of the restaurant and will promote a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Essential Job Functions:
Experienced line cooks are needed to prepare menu items within company established guidelines that will meet and exceed guest/customer satisfaction in terms of appearance, wholesomeness and overall dining experience.
Seeking reliable wait staff to take customers food and beverage orders and deliver those orders when ready in a prompt fashion. Two years’ experience working in the food service industry is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
